Emma Dalmayne CEO Of AIM And Her Failed Vexatious Court Case Against Autistic Advocates

I am an Autistic Woman and Mother to five beautiful children, three of my children are Autistic.

I am a campaigner against dangerous pseudoscience and racism. I’ve have helped prosecute charlatans peddling BLEACH as a ‘treatment’ for Autism. I have been campaigning for eight years now, my work is extremely important, not just in Ireland where I live but all around the world. My recent work is helping activists in Latin America who are trying to stop BLEACH peddlers like Andreas Kakcker. I am also assisting the FDA in their investigations into the Genesis II BLEACH cult. My work is carried out on a voluntary basis, I do not operate a charity, organisation, patreon etc.

I used to work with Emma Dalmayne CEO of Autism organisation AIM three years ago. We separated after I observed the most vile bullying being carried out by her and her cohorts who are mostly part of the Âu movement. Read more about this here and here. I too became a victim of their bullying. I ignored it to my best ability until Emmas colleague Fierce Autie aka Amanda Seigler put me on a boycott list, she was calling on people to ban my work, work that calls out hate, protects Autistic children and Cancer patients from dangerous quackery. I couldn’t believe it. Then my beautiful Autistic Son was diagnosed with Cancer last year, it was so hard for him, our family, especially with the Covid19 pandemic as well. This didn’t stop Emma and her cohorts. In fact they even targeted my Son whilst he was getting Chemotherapy. It was hard to cope with this on my own so I spoke out. I received so many messages, comments from Autistic people and parents of Autistic children who had also been bullied by Emma and her team. It was shocking. Emma didn’t like me standing up for myself, my Son and she made a bullying video, she belittled Autistic advocates like myself and bragged about her many fake profiles. It was disturbing, so disturbing that she took it down but I have a copy.

Emma likes to tag people to partake in her bullying, she puts up posts defaming Autistic people and their families. Then her army of bullies arrive and they post disgusting, threatening comments, see a small sample of these posts below.

As if it couldn’t get any worse Emma started telling her followers she was suing me and a man I’ve never met from the UK called Adrie Van Der Meer.

She had made defamatory comments about this man also. I live in Ireland, different Country, jurisdiction. I did receive a letter from Emmas legal team, it was not signed or dated. It said they were serving me in Ireland with Court documents, I never received any documents. The Court in Bromley London were very helpful and said that Emma had attained several hearings which were all adjourned. On researching Emmas legal team I discovered that their practise was not operating in a professional way. I reported this law firm to the SRA, they are the watchdog for solicitors, I also reported Emmas barrister. I received a swift reply from the Bar Council regarding Emmas barrister, they confirmed that they were investigating. The SRA wrote to me recently confirming that Emmas ‘solicitor’ was reprimanded. They referred to her as a bogus solicitor. It is a criminal offence to call yourself a trainee solicitor or a solicitor if you are not registered with the SRA. Emmas solicitor is not registered in any capacity as a solicitor. This bogus solicitor and Emmas barrister brought what can only be described as a vexatious case to the courts, they did not even provide legal documents requested by the Judge. They wasted Court time and brought undue stress to me and my family. See SRA report below.

A Court Order ordered Emma to produce these documents by July 1st last at 4pm or the case would be stuck out without further notice. Emma did not comply with this Court Order, this has been confirmed in writing to me by Bromley Court today. The Judge is processing this as we speak, see below.

The SRA also advised me to send their report regarding Emmas bogus solicitor to the Judge, as I said earlier it is a criminal offence to practise as a solicitor if you are not registered. I have forwarded that information and a complaint to the Judge at Bromley Court today. Emmas dodgy case being struck out isn’t enough, she deserves to be investigated and reprimanded for her behaviour.

Why is Emma Dalmayne bullying Autistic advocates and their families?

Targeting an Autistic family when she knew our Autistic Son was battling Cancer, what kind of a person does this?

Emma claims to be an advocate for the Autistic community?

Emma you owe me, my family and Adrie a public apology but you won’t do that because you are a coward and lack decency.

However I will never stop speaking out against your little cult of bullies and remember #factsmatter.

  2. Sadly, you will never get an apology from Emma Dalmayne. She is a notorious bully online, a covert narcissist, who portrays a ‘good’ side to her followers, while tormenting and using others behind the scenes.
    Deplorable person, and certainly no ally to the autism community.
    I’m sorry you and Adrie have had to go through this… and all because of one persons’s envy…
    She shouldn’t be allowed to be running an autism org.. heck, she shouldn’t be allowed access to the internet at all. 😆

  3. I’ve noticed how quiet Dalmayne is since you exposed her huge lies. She must be seething with fury but knows she has to keep quiet or too many of her “friends” will start asking questions. It must kill her to not be able to retaliate – she can’t. Her lies have caught up with her.
    I seriously hope you take her to town and get the police to investigate her.
    She’s committed a crime/aided and abetted a crime.
    I consider her a genuinely disturbed individual.
    She absolutely fits the covert narcissist diagnosis. No doubt about it. It’s truly uncanny how she ticks every box.
    Nobody like her should have such a large public platform.
    You’re right that it is a cult – they won’t hear a bad word against her.
    It’s for this reason that the national newspapers need to be aware of her shameful conduct.
    It’s also imperative that the Labour Party are aware of exactly who is representing them.
    She is in a huge position of trust that she blatantly has no qualms about exploiting.
    That’s why she actively involves herself in as many cases that have a public platform (Osime Brown etc snd countless others) as this affords her huge narcissistic supply when the occasions arise that her real self inevitably gets her into trouble.
    She actively relies on her flying monkeys to do her bidding and defend her deceitful charitable ‘nature’.
    It’s completely for show and to bolster her fragile ego.
    All falling apart though now (been a very long time coming).
    Look forward to her well-deserved downfall.
    A bully is a bully – autistic or not.

  4. I have screenshot evidence that Emma Dalmayne has denied and attacked the cause of my Autism through lack of oxygen at the brain. I don’t dispute genetic factors or brain injury as causes of Autism but she attacked my diagnosis which was made by the top medical specialists in the world. Such attacks by Emma and others in Neurodivergent Labour would amount to Gross Misconduct if one was working in the Public Sector in Britain, and would face dismissal on grounds of disability discrimination! In Britain, people can be prosecuted for inciting hatred on grounds of race, religion, sexual orientation and gender, but NOT DISABILITY! It is time that we campaign to amend the Public Order Act of 1986! Nevertheless, employees of AIM can use such evidence of discrimination if they lodge grievances to the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and hold their CEO to account!

I don’t dispute genetic factors or brain injury as causes of Autism but she attacked my diagnosis which was made by the top medical specialists in the world.
