FAKE Psychologist/Doctor Performed Quack Experiments On Vulnerable Autistic Children, Operates A Business ‘ATC IRELAND’ Which Is Not Registered With Revenue

I have penned many blogs about the FAKE Psychologist Caroline Goldsmith aka Caroline Ward, aka Caroline Daniels, aka Caroline Fahey. Listen to Caroline speaking as three different people, Caroline Goldsmith, Caroline Daniels and Caroline Ward here.

Caroline is diagnosing children with Autism and ADHD, she is not a qualified Psychologist/Doctor. I like many others are victims of her scam. Learn more about this FRAUDSTER here, here and here. Goldsmith has been removed from many venues where she has operated her scam. She is currently scamming people out of rented rooms at Wharton House in Waterford city and at a virtual office in Dublin. Caroline lives in Waterford.

The owner of Wharton House is Geraldine Power. Geraldine knows this charlatan is not qualified yet refuses to stop renting her a room to scam vulnerable people. Power is part of the problem. See Wharton House website here.

Geraldine Power told me she warned Caroline not to use Wharton House on any of her documents, however Caroline is using Wharton House on the receipts she gives to her victims. See example of one of her receipts below.

These receipts are from a registered business owned by Caroline ‘Goldsmith’ called ATC IRELAND.

ATC IRELAND is registered under one of Caroline Goldsmiths many aliases, Caroline Fahey. Caroline calls herself a Doctor in these Company records. Caroline is NOT a Doctor nor a qualified Psychologist. Caroline uses a fake Date of Birth on the document above. We have a copy of her Birth Certificate, her D.O.B is 30/08/62. These receipts vulnerable parents are receiving from this charlatan are not valid. The receipt clearly states that she is Caroline Goldsmith but company records show that she is using the name ‘Caroline Fahey’. We contacted Revenue to see if Carolines ATC IRELAND company was registered with them and they have confirmed that ATC IRELAND is not registered. This means Caroline has not been paying any TAX for fifteen years in Ireland. Company records show that ATC IRELAND was registered in 2007. The registration number is 335831. CRO and Revenue have both confirmed that this registration number is not registered with Revenue. That’s 15 years of exploiting Autistic children and their families, charging up to €600 or more for a bogus Autism/ADHD assessment that is not accepted by the HSE in most Counties. The HSE in Waterford have even reported this FRAUDSTER to the Gardai. Listen to heads of Psychology/Disability staff in Waterford admitting that Caroline is NOT qualified here. However we are hearing from parents that the HSE are accepting her reports, especially in Dublin and the Midlands. Read about the HSE knowing that this QUACK is not qualified here. Imagine the money she has made scamming vulnerable people and going straight into her pocket. TAX fraud is a serious crime.

Carolines REAL name is Caroline Ward as per her Birth Certificate. She married in 1985 to a man called Omer Bal. See their Marriage Certificate below.

We can’t find any other recorded marriages to any of the other aliases ie Fahey, Goldsmith that Caroline Ward uses.

Goldsmith apparently came to Ireland in 2003. A family member confirms that. In 2004 she created a Company with her Son Omer Bal, the registered address for this company was in the UK. This company was called FWP. It was apparently a Property Development company.

At the same time of Caroline running a Property Development company in the UK she was also posing as a Doctor in Ireland and the UK. Company records show her using the title ‘Doctor’ in the UK and also on company records in Ireland. Both the GMC (General Medical Council) and IMC (Irish Medical Council) confirm that this Woman Caroline Ward is not a Doctor.

However ATC IRELAND is still active.

To summarise Caroline Ward is right now diagnosing children with Autism and ADHD under the name Caroline Goldsmith, receipts confirm that. The company name on these receipts is ATC IRELAND but Caroline is Dr. Caroline Fahey on the company records for ATC IRELAND. Why is she Dr. Fahey on her ATC IRELAND company records and Caroline Goldsmith ‘Psychologist’ when she is diagnosing vulnerable children?

In 2017 Carolines Son Hassan Bal was charged with Terrorism. Caroline swore under oath at his Court case stating she was Dr. Caroline Ward-Fahy, at the same time in a different Court case Caroline swore under oath stating she was Psychologist Caroline Goldsmith, see below.

In two separate Court cases in the same year Caroline presents herself as two completely different people. Lying under oath is Perjury.

This charlatan isn’t just diagnosing children with Autism/ADHD. She is also filling up Social Protection forms that offer a payment for disabled families. This payment is called DCA (Domiciliary Care Allowance).

Goldsmith is filling up Medical sections of these DCA forms, posing as a registered Doctor, using a FAKE IMC (Irish Medical Council) number, using a FAKE Doctors stamp. What she is doing is criminal. Posing as a Doctor, filling up important medical history of vulnerable children that she DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT!

A child could have a serious illness. Goldsmith just ticks boxes. I’ve reported this charlatan to the IMC, DCA, GARDAI and CRO in Ireland. See Goldsmiths fake stamp and IMC number below.

She was using her real name but calling herself a Doctor, Dr. Caroline Ward. She featured in a film that published in 2007 called The Lion In The Room. This film was removed because it was full of pseudoscience but I managed to attain a physical copy in 2016. It is available on YouTube. People can watch Dr. Caroline Ward in action here.

The address on ATC IRELAND company records is different to the address on her Facebook page. Both addresses are residential but the address on the Facebook page Grangemead, Johns hill, Waterford is very suspicious. My colleague Aoife and I sent a registered letter to Grangemead, Johns hill recently. It was sent back as addressee unknown, see below.

I found ATC IRELAND website in the Wayback machine. It is awful. Caroline was carrying out BOGUS experiments on Autistic children. Taking Urine samples off them and giving them QUACK protocols, supplements and lethal Chelation. Claiming she could ‘recover’ Autistic children. Caroline uses FAKE images on her ATC IRELAND Facebook page and website, images like a Laboratory, see below.

Caroline tried to get others involved in her scam in 2006, one person, a REAL Doctor contacted me on Facebook and said Caroline was carrying out experiments on Autistic children. He sent me a BOGUS study by Caroline confirming this. It is disgusting what she was doing to vulnerable Autistic children. Caroline didn’t want anyone to see her QUACK study, this is the first time it’s been published. See screenshots from this BOGUS study below.

The last screenshot Caroline claims she has ‘recovered’ 95% of her victims from Autism. Autism is NOT a disease nor can it be ‘cured’ or ‘recovered’. Her words alone are damaging, hurtful to Autistic people like me and my amazing children.

We know that Caroline uses a FAKE Doctors stamp when filling up DCA forms. This stamp has ATC IRELAND FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC on it. We have a receipt from a parent dated back to 2015 with ATC IRELAND FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC on it. Note another address for ATC IRELAND on this receipt, an address in Dublin. That’s three different addresses we have for ATC IRELAND now, see below.

This proves that Caroline has been scamming parents for at least 7 years. Scamming parents and not paying TAX.

I am a victim of Carolines scam as are thousands of others. When I discovered she was FAKE in 2014 I decided to fight to stop her exploiting vulnerable children and their families. I work with an amazing group of activists. We work very hard gathering information and handing this information to the relevant authorities. To date we’ve not had much support from the authorities but thankfully now they are starting to listen. The Gardai, HSE, Social Protection, Revenue, CRO are investigating her now. We’ve many parents reporting her to the Gardai and the authorities. There are Court cases happening. In a recent Court case Caroline was exposed for her LIES, read the judgment here.

I have suffered much harassment from this Woman for speaking out. Caroline has recently been sending emails, text messages to concerned parents saying that the Gardai in Waterford are investigating me, even saying I was arrested by them last week. I found Carolines Instagram page and what she is posting is shocking. Apparently Caroline is a Cardiologist now. Checking childrens hearts and treating childrens illnesses.
